Nail correction
with braces

Around 2.5% of all people suffer from ingrown or curled nails. That's over two million people in Germany alone.

Whether curled or inflamed due to an ingrown corner, orthonyxia braces guide toenails back into correct growth. No other treatment method is as gentle and effective.

Our braces

The gel brace system

The flexible activation brace adapts to any nail shape and the self-smoothing FLUID GEL is easy to apply evenly.

As simple as a plaster

The simple and barely visible PODOSTRIPE adhesive brace easily shapes the nail.

The active adhesive brace

The podofix active adhesive brace is a nail correction brace that is applied to the nail surface without tension.

Clever combination

The COMBIped brace combines the ease of use of an adhesive brace and the strength of a wire brace.

The original

The three-part wire brace from 3TO helps promote healthy nail growth with full force.

Which nail brace
is the right one?

We offer a variety of BRACE SYSTEMS to suit each individual case. The choice between adhesive or wire braces is made by a foot specialist, ensuring the most appropriate and comfortable solution for every patient.

Questions and answers

Is training required to use nail braces?

A one-day seminar is mandatory for the three-part 3TO brace. The other braces (PODOSTRIPE, podofix, and COMBIped) are much easier to use and therefore do not require any training.

Wire or adhesive braces? Which ones are more effective?

Wire braces are generally more effective than adhesive braces. However, adhesive braces are much easier to use.

Does it make sense to have several types of braces in the range?

We recommend having at least one wire brace and one adhesive brace in your range so that you can respond flexibly to your patients' complaints.

How is braces treatment billed?

In Germany, all orthonyxia braces are eligible for prescription and can be billed through health insurance (with a co-payment if applicable) if the podiatry practice is approved by the health insurance fund.
